Very nice staff spacious room. Only problem was the overhead shower didnt work and gym is a bit basic. Very good priced hotel and great location.

Location 10 mins walk from the TST train station exit B1.Check in short queue staff was very friendly. Free gift due to Christmas season Room not too big but not too small as well. Space for a luggage wardrobe coffee cupboard study desk sofa leg rest 2 bedside tables. Bathroom with standard amenities.Cleanliness Traces of hair on sofa and towels. Some room for improvement.Overall Value for money considering the room size and location.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is located in a central location in Tsim Sha Tsui with easy access to MTR. The airport express bus A21 stops on the corner of the street and dozen of restaurants are within walking distance.Overall a good place to stay in you are planning a trip to Hong Kong.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was clean but you may have to look at the room size while booking as it has many configuration. The breakfast was good. The hotel is convenient to go to metro. There are lot of restaurants near by. There are many shops for apparels foreign exchange 7-11s and grocery stores. Perfect place to stay in Hongkong. Highly recommended.

Great location. Near to everything.MTR is just 5 minutes walk.Many eateries shopping mall around too.We are in a family of 4. With my daughters only 11 & 13 years old. No connecting room but they allow additional bed. Very helpful front desk.

I have been staying here since it opened.It is my home away from home when i a. In HK 2 to 4 times per year. Like my own house there are things that need to be repaired. It is time to replace the TV service and upgrade it. Its time to upgrade the gym. The equipment is old and needs a refresh. The Bar is very cool but the seen there has lost its appeal.

This hotel is located in one of the most convenient spot in Hong Kong. There are four big shopping malls nearby the area not to mention there are plenty of restaurants around the area as well. Theres MTR station buses at Nathan road as well as Ferry to Hong Kong Island too. The only negative thing I would say is youll hear some lousy noise during Friday and Saturday night since there are many bars just behind the hotel. Also dont expect any nice view from the room which I dun bother much with it. Room size is bigger than Id expected if you understand how small hotel rooms are normally in HK. Staff from front desk and housekeeping were good and polite. I would recommended this hotel if youd visit Hong Kong.

The hotel has been going down every single year I come. Room carpets are getting old - no more bath robes staff average they used to have a great bf buffet and changed to a la carte - coffee quality is cheap and horrible taste - totally overpriced - what a shame from Small Leading Hotels in the world member to just a 3.5 star hotel - design details are beautiful
